Only W2 Consultants

Positions# 1 Senior Salesforce Developer

Positions# 2 Mid Level Salesforce Developer

Project Scope

  • Organization has used commercial Salesforce for ~2.5 years, supported by an external integration partner
  • Recently launched Salesforce Government Cloud specifically for the aerospace business
  • Two openings:
    • Senior Salesforce Developer (on an architect trajectory)
    • Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

  • Currently in UAT; go-live scheduled next week through July
  • Future roadmap includes Sales Cloud onboarding in November
  • GovCloud operates on a different release cycle than commercial Salesforce
  • Not all features are equivalent between environments, creating support gaps with the existing team

Key Challenge

  • Existing commercial Salesforce team cannot fully support both environments
  • Need dedicated developers focused on GovCloud, with alignment to the commercial org where possible

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the Salesforce Government Cloud environment under technical manager oversight
  • Follow established enhancement and release management processes
  • Partner with the internal team responsible for administration and release scheduling
  • Ensure alignment/sync between GovCloud and commercial Salesforce where feasible
  • Deliver ad hoc development for aerospace-specific requirements

    • Commercial Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud) acceptable
  • For both roles:
    • Must be hands-on developers (not admins or pure architects)
