A leading energy company in the Irving, TX area is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their team in a full-time, direct hire capacity. This role is ideal for a highly technical infrastructure professional with deep expertise in enterprise networking, routing, switching, and firewall technologies. You'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available network environments that support around-the-clock operations with minimal tolerance for downtime.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
  • Expert-level experience designing, configuring, and supporting routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Advanced knowledge of BGP and OSPF design, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting highly available, redundant, 24x7 production environments
  • Strong background in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and packet analysis
