Job Summary:

The Mid Market Solutions Director is an individual contributor role focused on driving business growth through strategic client acquisition. This highly visible position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and prospective clients. The Director brings deep expertise in the Digital Marketing landscape, advertising strategies, and Fluency's platform, with the ability to simplify complex digital marketing concepts for executive-level clients while also engaging with technical execution specialists. Responsible for expanding Fluency's client base, the Director will proactively pursue new business through cold calling, managing inbound leads, and effectively closing new client accounts.

External Role Duties:

  • Identify and establish relationships with new prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client's organization, including users, directors, managers, and executives.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to showcase the value of Fluency's implementation for prospective clients.
  • Maintain a proactive follow-up routine and outreach strategy to generate new business opportunities.
  • Close new business deals, ensuring successful conversion from prospect to client.
  • Travel to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events, up to 35%, though typically less.

Internal Role Duties:

  • Maintain an organized pipeline and regularly communicate updates to executives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding guides and best practices to ensure smooth client integration.
  • Support and drive efforts to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.
  • Contribute to internal training and education efforts related to the digital marketing landscape and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Advertising Engineers to ensure a smooth transition from the client sale to the implementation and launch phase.
