We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, provide direct patient care, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support infection control and resident safety practices
• Deliver compassionate and respectful patient care

Requirements
