Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support infection control and resident safety practices
• Deliver compassionate and respectful patient care

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Must comply with onboarding requirements
• Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
