Job description

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Service Manager in the Atlanta, GA/ North GA area to support our fast-growing Voice division.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Able to schedule multiple projects with daily business and drives WIP completion with oversight.
  • Creates high team morale.
  • Provides frequent and effective feedback.
  • Works with GM/VP, as well as direct reports professionally and efficiently.
  • Advocates MCA safety vision/goals


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Minimum 3 years, average of 5 years.
  • Manages recurring maintenance $100 – 800K.
  • Ability to manage mid to large projects.
  • Drives all contract renewals.
  • Negotiates some renewals without assistance.


YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Approx 25% travel.  Some overnight will be expected.
