This is an onsite role for someone excited about modern web development, interested in AI technology, and motivated to help build tools that improve real business operations. We build much of our software in-house, and this role will have the opportunity to contribute across a wide range of projects that directly impact the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance customer-facing applications, internal tools, and workflow automations
  • Help develop and improve internal AI-powered tools and business process automations
  • Experiment with emerging AI and LLM technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Develop features across the stack using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies, including React and Node.js
  • Work in a serverless AWS environment and help identify the right tools and services to support business initiatives
  • Integrate with third-party services and APIs, including platforms such as Salesforce
  • Support ongoing improvement of existing applications through maintenance, refactoring, and feature enhancements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, project managers, DevOps, and the development team to understand needs and turn ideas into working solutions
  • Help move forward backlog items while learning the current platform and contributing to its evolution
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or similar role
  • Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as React and Node.js
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Remix, or similar, including server-side rendering, file-based routing, and API route handlers
  • Experience working in Git branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and merge conflict resolution
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging development technologies
  • Curiosity around applying LLMs, AI tools, and agent-style workflows to real business problems
  • A self-directed mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity
  • Interest in owning work end-to-end, with support from an experienced senior developer and the broader team
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement


Preferred

  • Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or customer portals
  • Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
  • Experience with AWS and serverless application development
