For a mid-level football player, starting a professional career at 13 is generally considered too late, as most players begin training and competing at younger ages to develop the skills and experience needed for pro levels. Success in football often depends on early development, physical conditioning, and exposure to competitive environments, making late starters less likely to reach professional status at that age.
