Job description

Pay Range: $25 -$30 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:Afterpaint Installation
  • Follow shelving templates to cut materials, pre‑drill holes, and securely fasten closet shelving systems.

  • Install both kit‑based and custom shower doors.

  • Measure, level, and mount mirrors of various sizes.

  • Install bath and kitchen hardware, including towel bars, toilet paper holders, and cabinet accessories.

  • Complete punch‑out lists with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and site supervisors as needed.

Fireplace Installation
  • Install prefabricated fireplaces, mantels, surrounds, and related components according to manufacturer specifications.

  • Ensure proper ventilation, clearances, and safety compliance during installation.

  • Coordinate with builders and project managers to ensure correct placement and finish details.

  • Perform quality checks to confirm proper operation and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools or willingness to learn.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
