What You will Do:
We are looking for a hands-on electrical engineer to support heavy vehicle production by working directly with manufacturing teams to resolve issues, improve designs, and ensure products are built efficiently and correctly.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, has a solid technical foundation, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Partner with manufacturing to identify and resolve electrical systems production issues
  • Troubleshoot electrical and system-level problems during assembly
  • Drive corrective actions and prevent repeat issues
  • Serve as the connection between design engineering and the factory
  • Provide feedback to improve product designs and manufacturability
  • Participate in design reviews and help ensure designs can be built efficiently
  • Support continuous improvement efforts (quality, cost, and cycle time)
  • Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams as needed

What You Will Bring:
Required Skills:
  • Engineering or technical background (electrical, mechanical, or related)

Work Requirements:
