Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed electrical power systems design for water and wastewater treatment facilities with minimum supervision by a Senior Level Electrical Engineer
  • Perform load calculations, detailed conduit routing, motor control center and switchgear design, and specification generation
Qualifications
  • 4 to 8 years experience working in Electrical Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Familiarity with power system applications, including calculation of available short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and power factor
  • Field investigative and start-up experience
  • Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 820 and NESC
  • Familiarity with the IEEE color book series
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting
  • Have the ability to interact positively with clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • PE registrationย 
Compensation Range

$100,000 to $140,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
