To thrive as a Mid Level Developer, you need solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, integrated development environments (IDEs), and frameworks such as React or Spring Boot is typically required. Job description

We are seeking a mid-level CNC Machinist to join our busy and highly skilled team at our Fulton Facility, where we produce components for our fusion and fintube machines. This isn’t your average machine shop job—our machinists work on complex, high-precision parts using some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.
If you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments, and take pride in setup-heavy, precision machining, this role is your next move. Reliability, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset are critical to success in this position.
Machines You'll Work On2nd Shift
  • HAAS ST-15Y – 3-axis horizontal lathe with bar feeder, HAAS controls (Mid level)

  • Brother Vertical Mill – Small vertical mill, dedicated setup, Fanuc controls (Low level)

  • HAAS Vertical Mill amp; Horizontal Lathe Cell – 3-axis vertical mill paired with 2-axis horizontal lathe, dedicated setup, HAAS controls (Mid level)

3rd Shift
  • HAAS VF-5 – 3-axis vertical mill with Midaco 2-pallet system, dedicated setup, HAAS controls (Low to Mid level)

  • HAAS TL-1 – 2-axis horizontal lathe, dedicated setup, HAAS controls (Low to Mid level)

  • HAAS ST-25 – 2-axis small horizontal lathe, HAAS controls (Mid level)

What You’ll Do
  • Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision.
  • Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines.
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD amp;T specs, and machining instructions.
  • Perform machine setups, including:
    • Loading fixtures and tools
    • Selecting and loading the correct program
    • Setting work coordinates and tool offsets
    • Sizing in first article using measurement tools
  • Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
  • Identify and select correct materials for each job.
  • Troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real-time.
  • Own your work center—maintaining high quality, speed, and organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years CNC machining experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and act on blueprints and part tolerances.
  • Ability to meet assigned run times and respond quickly to changing demands.
  • Proven track record of reliability and accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with pride in craftsmanship.
What You Get
  • Climate-controlled environment at our Admiral Fulton Facility.
  • Competitive wages with plenty of opportunity for growth.
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
  • Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Physical Requirements
Generally, 95% of the normal work shift requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while running production, inspecting work and machines and checking procedures.
Job requires moving of material and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices should be used when possible. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, sometimes without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.
Safety-Sensitive Designation:
  • Jobs which involve one or more tasks or duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others are considered safety-sensitive. This position is safety-sensitive because, in addition to the essential functions, it also involves performing one or more of the following essential tasks or duties:
  • The handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal or transport of hazardous material
  • The operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools
