Mid-Level Supervisor | $32-$40/hr | Northern California | Full-Time
CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency serving children with developmental differences across Northern California. We take a modern ABA approach using naturalistic teaching, person-centered care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.The mid-level supervisor role is designed for master's students and recent graduates on the path to BCBA certification. You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands-on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice.
What the role involves
  • Caregiver training and behavioral skills training
  • Treatment planning, modifications, and skills assessments
  • Preference assessments and behavior analytic report writing
  • Supervising a caseload of BTs and RBTs
  • Collaborating with BCBAs across varied settings - telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groups
  • Unrestricted hours are paid and go towards your supervised fieldwork
Who we're looking for
  • Current master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related RBT experience will be considered
  • BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Cleared TB test and background screening
  • Up-to-date immunizations
  • Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
  • Generally available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM (master's coursework accommodated with verification)
