Description
Gonzales Healthcare Systems has an immediate opening at Sievers Medical Clinic in Waelder, Texas for the position of Mid-Level Provider. This position provides family practice-based medical care in a rural health clinic setting under the supervision of the RHC Medical Director and Alternate Supervising Physician. Full-time exempt position with competitive salary and benefits.
Requirements
Job requirements include:
  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required for Advanced Nurse Practitioner; Bachelor's Degree in Science required for Physician Assistant
  • Current RN license with Advanced Practice recognition by the State of Texas for Advanced Nurse Practitioner or current Physician Assistant license in the State of Texas for Physician Assistant
  • Current accreditation as a Nurse Practitioner by a National Certification Organization or current accreditation from the National Committee of Certification of Physician Assistants
  • Current BLS certification required
