We are seeking a high-velocity, autonomous Front End Developer to join our remote engineering team. This role is designed for a modern UI professional who doesn't just build clean user interfaces, but actively leverages cutting-edge development tools to bypass traditional bottlenecks.
Positioned comfortably above market average for mid-level engineers, this role values execution speed, architectural ownership, and technical adaptability over raw years of legacy tenure. You will own the application layer end-to-end, translating design concepts into seamless production features while using scripting and AI-assisted engineering tools (such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor) to multiply your daily output.   • Workflow Optimization: Actively integrate AI development tools into your daily workflow to accelerate boilerplate creation, unit testing, and debugging, serving as an internal model for engineering efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Bridging: Write utility scripts to automate repetitive UI tasks, data formatting, and local environment setups, reducing dependence on backend and DevOps teams.
  • API Integration: Securely and efficiently interface with backend APIs, managing complex data structures and payload serialization with confidence.
  • Agile Execution: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives), providing accurate effort estimations and technical insights.
  • Iterative Delivery: Break down complex frontend feature requests into manageable, well-defined user stories and technical tasks that support consistent sprint velocity.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience dedicated to modern frontend frameworks.
