Compensation: $110K+ OTE
Location: Redmond, WA

Our client, a reputable firm in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for an exciting residential project. The project involves planning a six-building townhome development consisting of 38 units in a vibrant lakeside community. The Superintendent will be a crucial part of this project, overseeing all on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Superintendent Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure the project progresses on schedule.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, temporary labor, and other field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and materials tracking.
  • Collaborate with project management, architects, and engineers to address challenges or changes in scope.
  • Assist in budgeting, labor planning, and cost control as required
  • Familiarize with Microsoft project, Bluebeam, builder trend, Adobe, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, MyBulidingPermit

Qualifications
