With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Together with its partner, the company has worked on high-profile projects for global leaders such as TSMC, UMC, and Chi Mei Optoelectronics.

Building on a strong track record in Asia, the two founding companies have expanded into the United States to offer high-performance, leakproof piping solutions. Our goal is to provide U.S. clients with the same level of technical excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction that has earned us a solid reputation in the Asian market.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support warehouse and field operations in a fast-paced industrial and construction environment. This role is responsible for coordinating material flow between warehouse and job sites, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting daily logistics activities for ongoing projects.

This position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse and field environments, including material handling, coordination with field crews, and occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and issuing materials
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, delivery records, and other logistics documentation
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and update delivery status
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Enter and maintain logistics and inventory data in the ERP system or other inventory management software
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules and material availability
  • Assist with organizing warehouse records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Support compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Provide bilingual communication support in English and Mandarin
  • Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ year of logistics, warehouse, inventory, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory control preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift materials when necessary
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
