Responsibilities
  • Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Ads' measurement platform.
  • Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross-channel reporting, and AI-driven insights.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption.
  • Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Conversion Lift, Incrementality Testing, experimentation frameworks, or causal measurement methodologies.
  • Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features.
  • Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
