Summary


You will be responsible for designing and producing specialized graphic materials, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, while managing a variety of deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities
• Supports the execution of the strategy. Ensures a creative yet consistent look and feel
that adheres to and supports internal and clients’ brands, visual identity, legal guidelines
and messaging. Uses critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze problems
and plan for solutions.
• Creates presentations.
• Ensures consistency in packaging mechanicals for clients brand while assisting with
layout options, color usage.
• Keeps tracks of assigned hours & enters timesheets accurately and on time.
• Works closely with more senior members of the creative team.
• Minimal image retouching, clipping paths, and art manipulation.
• Communicates effectively internally and at times, externally. Works across departments
to identify issues and potential solutions to problems

• Encourages feedback, positively responding to coaching and proactively striving for
constant improvement. Takes initiative to ask questions and identify solutions to
problems.
• Understands assigned responsibilities. Makes an effort to learn industry drivers and how
the Agency fits into the market.
• Understands the role and can execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Understands how the role interacts with other departments.
• Understands and uses the tools and technology for assigned responsibilities as well as
Agency mandated platforms. Is aware of tools and technology in related fields.
• Demonstrates passion for making a difference internally, for the client, and the
community. Has a team first mentality, going above and beyond the role to make a
difference. Proactively looks for ways to help the team succeed


Skills and Abilities
• Extensive demonstrated experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint

• Can stay organized and consistent
• Ability to keep up with fast paced work flow while staying on schedule and budget
• Maintains a positive and calm demeanor
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Primary)

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Secondary)
• Background knowledge of printing processes and prepress procedures, and knows
when to ask for help.


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design—or related field—or equivalent work experience
required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design in a creative environment
