Job description

Andworx is hiring a Power Platform Solutions Architect who is a technical leader and innovative integrator of emerging technology to join our team! As a Power Platform Solutions Architect candidate, you should be as comfortable building customer focused applications as you are in interacting with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and adoption. This is a high energy, collaborative position, leading the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of innovative cloud platform solutions for our current and future federal customers.
As a candidate, you should have a background in client interaction and solutioning end user needs, data analysis, and a knowledge of leading-edge tools and features to connect the dots with a client's strategic requirements and internal objectives. Your experience should include deep understanding of and in developing Microsoft Power Platform applications, flows, and visualizations, as well as acting as a strategic advisor making recommendations to senior stakeholders regarding the implementation of new tools and features.
Please note: This position may require on-site work at the customers' request. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to the Washington, DC Metro area.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge and technical experience developing and architecting enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, to include the following components:
    • Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas)
    • Microsoft Dataverse
    • Power Automate
    • Power Platform Administration, preferred
    • Power BI, preferred
  • Experience building technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, etc.).
  • Proven success with distilling technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for unfamiliar audiences.
  • Robust critical thinking skills with a mindset for understanding both the big picture and the small details.
  • Aptitude and passion for learning new technologies and sharing that knowledge with teammates.
  • 10 years' work experience with increasing responsibility in technical environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience.
  • U.S Citizenship.
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance or ability to successfully obtain and maintain this level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Software development experience.
  • Experience re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to Power Apps solutions.
  • Technical certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform.
