Job Summary:
Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a talented technical lead for their growing Client IT Lab Engineering, Automation & Productivity (LEAP) group. The role involves developing and supporting IT solutions for lab groups while providing excellent customer service and collaborating with a diverse team of scientists and IT professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Research, design and implement technical solutions to enable science
• Manage and support varied lab systems, both Windows and Linux-based
• Author data flow diagrams and other technical documents, as well as functional specifications and test plans for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with informatics and research groups across the organization
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum education level is a bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or technology discipline
• 8+ years of technical IT experience
• 3+ years of Linux experience, including operating system installation, configuration management, and strong shell scripting skills (bash, etc)
• Knowledge of scientific applications and technologies
• A focus on solution delivery, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with your own team, technical IT partners, and customers
