Labcorp is recruiting a Field EDI Specialist for a dynamic team in South Carolina. This position is Remote in South Carolina.

Job Summary:The candidate must have a complete understanding in all facets of integration, implementation, support and functionality of the supported interface solutions. In addition, they are required to have a working knowledge of the laboratory business and internal workflows.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Field EDI Specialist primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales organization and the IT Department

  • Assist sales in closing new business

  • Involve at the onset of the sales process

  • Support the installed based

  • Visiting clients(mileage expensed)

  • Providing training for certain EMR applications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 or more years' of EDI or Project Management experience preferably in Healthcare

  • 3 or more years experience working with different EMR vendors and/or Labs on connectivity projects is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current or prior Labcorp experience

Additional Job Standards:

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Possess strong project management, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Pay Range:$60K/yr - $88K/yr

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
