Location: Terre Haute, IN
About the Role
We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at a new facility in Terre Haute, IN. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, provide administrative support to the leadership team, and help keep office operations running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
  • Greet guests and maintain the front lobby area
  • Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages as needed
  • Schedule meetings and calls for the leadership team
  • Provide administrative support using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Complete general administrative duties as assigned
  • Assist with additional warehouse-related administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
  • Typing speed of 100 words per minute required
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
