Description

Why Join DAZN? The Account Sales Executive, Media will support DAZN's media sales efforts by assisting in the development of new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across DAZN's premium sports and streaming portfolio. Reporting to the VP, Media and working closely with the sales team, this role serves as a foundational sales position focused on prospecting, account support, lead generation, and client engagement.

The Account Sales Executive will gain exposure to the sports media, advertising, and streaming industries while helping drive sales initiatives across Connected TV (CTV), digital advertising, sponsorships, branded content, and integrated media solutions.

This role will be based in the Indianapolis metro area. As part of our recruitment process, we may use automated or AI-supported tools to assist with application review and screening. These tools are used to support, not replace, human decision-making. Final hiring decisions are always made by our hiring team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the VP, Media Sales in achieving revenue targets through lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Research, identify, and qualify prospective advertisers, agencies, and brand partners while scheduling meetings for senior sales leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking sales activity, pipeline progression, and client interactions.
  • Assist in managing client and agency relationships by supporting meetings, presentations, account reviews, and follow-up communications.
  • Develop proposals, media plans, presentations, and tailored advertising solutions aligned to client objectives and commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to support campaign delivery, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor advertising, streaming, sports media, and CTV trends, leveraging audience insights and market intelligence to support sales activity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Finance, and Legal to improve sales effectiveness, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, advertising, media, marketing, sports business, or client services preferred.
  • Internship experience within media, sports, advertising, or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Strong interest in sports, streaming, media, and advertising sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising, streaming media, and marketing principles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
