Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a liaison between senior leadership and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

This role requires someone who can effectively manage schedules, track information, coordinate communication between executives, and maintain organized records and reporting systems. The candidate should be proactive, dependable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications.

  • Prepare, maintain, and organize spreadsheets, reports, and business documents.

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for tracking, reporting, and data management.

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities to support leadership.

  • Maintain organized records, files, and project documentation.
