Position Overview: The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community festivals. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's mission and brand. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, including catering, venue selection, audiovisual needs, and décor. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately. Create event timelines and schedules to ensure all elements are delivered on time. Oversee event marketing and promotion, including social media campaigns and partnerships. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
