Location : Philadelphia, PA
Duration : 6 Months
Location Preference: Philadelphia would be preferred. Austin Second. Seattle 3rd.
Overview of job responsibilities
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform Administrator is responsible for managing the global instance of our CRM platform. This is a critical role-ensuring that the platform meeting the requirements of the sales organization and end-users. This is contract role.
Function Specific
โ€ข Responsible for platform stability and addressing any platform issues with Microsoft support
โ€ข Manage sales data quality-working closely with sales management to ensure that data is updated consistently and accurately
โ€ข Supports management reporting of sales activities
โ€ข Configures the platform as required to reflect business and reporting requirements
โ€ข Provides end-user support and training as required
โ€ข Effective working relationship with sales operations, the sales and lead generation teams, and sales management in the US and UK.
โ€ข Works with sales finance and marketing to provide critical information support business decisions and sales reporting
โ€ข Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification
Knowledge/Experience:
โ€ข Deep experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admin and / or Developer
โ€ข At least 5 years' experience focused on this platform.
โ€ข Worked in a medium or larger business, so that they understand the pace of the job as well as being able to address the platform requirements of a larger business in the areas of reporting, data management,
โ€ข Has worked in an Eloqua / Microsoft Dynamics environment
โ€ข Can be based remotely, but Austin or Philly would be preferred.
