Job description

We're seeking a Platform Support & Security Analyst to join our Support, Operations & Security team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across IT operations, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity to help build secure, reliable, and efficient systems.
As a key member of the team, you'll support our employees, maintain critical platform operations, monitor security tools and controls, and help strengthen our security posture. You'll play an important role in ensuring our technology environment remains reliable while supporting our ongoing SOC 2 compliance program.
What You'll Do
  • Provide Tier 2 support for our cloud platform and internal users
  • Troubleshoot issues across AWS, Auth0, MongoDB Atlas, and LangSmith
  • Monitor platform health and investigate production incidents
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user access, and application permissions
  • Provision and secure employee laptops and manage onboarding/offboarding
  • Monitor security alerts, perform access reviews, and support incident response
  • Assist with monthly SOC 2 compliance reviews and documentation
  • Improve documentation, runbooks, and operational processes

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud operations, or technical support
  • Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, and Step Functions
  • Experience with identity management platforms like Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in office

Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS, Microsoft, or Security+ certifications
  • Experience with SOC 2 compliance, Vanta, or Drata
  • Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting experience
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Competitive salary of $70,000-$82,000
