Digital Workplace - Support Specialist - Bilingual - MontrealRole DescriptionThe Digital Workplace - Support Specialist will provide remote and office IT support for Syntax employees in these areas:Hybrid PC + Mac environment for 3000+ employees worldwideMicrosoft Office 365 + Syntax Corporate applicationsEmployee IT onboardingOffice meeting rooms and Videoconferencing support + VIP SupportOffice networking LAN/WLAN/VPN - Cabling/Office Racks - TelephonyWorking in day-to-day operations and in projects. Would be part of the Global IT - Digital Workplace Team, working with colleagues split over America, Europe Africa and Asia.
