Job description

Job Summary

The basic function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to convert incoming calls into booked service calls. Handles service calls from customers projecting a professional image. Educate and establish rapport, as well as assisting customers in choosing services, products, and/or Maintenance Agreements. Assure prompt and accurate dispatch of incoming orders. Learn and perform efficiently in our cloud base application to manage workflow process. Prepare necessary invoices, submit and obtain payment is timely fashion.

General Accountabilities

In order to effectively work in this position, one must be confident in her/him abilities. Must believe in him/herself and the company. Must believe in the company’s Mission & Ethical Statements and Core Values and the CSR’s work must reflect these beliefs. Must be familiar with all related job duties, complete and schedule all booked service calls from customers. Must be able to speak to company product lines with some degree of accuracy. Must be able to work with co-workers and mechanics to get the job done correctly and in the best interest of our customers, while abiding by company policies. Must have a very pleasant telephone demeanor and be able to demonstrate good customer empathy. Strong attention to detail, provide assignment followup, be results oriented, have committment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication aptitudes, ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills are essential, performance monitoring will be a requirement. Must be able to operate Microsoft Office Suite and associated programs. Must be able to read and write English well enough to read and prepare required documents. Must be able to resolve issues promptly, and apply sound business judgment to decisions. Must be able to utilize computer, printers, phone, and fax, at a high expertise level. Must be punctual.
