We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to help design, build, and scale AI-powered components using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio Premium, and the Power Platform. This role will partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver secure, enterprise-grade conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience across Azure APIs, MS CoPilot, and the Power Platform ecosystem, and is comfortable working in regulated, enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • AI & Copilot Development
  • Design, build, and extend custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium
  • Integrate copilots with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)
  • Architect and implement prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and conversation flows
  • Build reusable AI components that support scalability, governance, and reuse

  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

Preferred / Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD
