DevOps EngineerAbout the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a technology team responsible for the reliability, automation, and continuous delivery of a critical enterprise platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving deployment processes, automating operational tasks, and working across development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver stable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Manage multiple application environments, ensuring stability and deployment readiness.
  • Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
  • Monitor platform health and respond to production incidents as part of an on-call rotation.
  • Maintain platform security, including certificates, encryption, service accounts, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors on deployments and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure role.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
