Job Description Business Intelligence Engineer Contract Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) Long-Term Contract We are seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Engineer to help drive the evolution of a modern analytics practice focused on predictive, prescriptive, and AI-enabled decision support. This is not a traditional reporting or dashboard development role. We are looking for someone who can combine advanced analytics, business insight, and modern BI engineering to help business leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

What You'll Be Doing Build advanced analytics and decision-support solutions Develop forecasting, predictive, and scenario analysis capabilities Design and optimize Power BI semantic models Leverage Python and/or PySpark for analytics and data transformation Partner directly with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights Key Requirements 5+ years of Power BI and BI Engineering experience Strong DAX and semantic modeling experience Python and/or PySpark experience Advanced analytics experience (forecasting, predictive analytics, scenario analysis) Nice to Have AI-enabled BI capabilities Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, or Alteryx Experience with modern analytics platforms If interested, please apply directly for more information.
