        • Optimize report performance through improvements to Power Query/M Query transformations, DAX calculations, drill-throughs, bookmarks, field parameters, etc.
        • Work closely with Project Controls, Scheduling, and Digital teams to clarify reporting requirements and support ad hoc updates.

        • Strong UI/UX principles when designing dashboards including layout hierarchy, visual clarity, accessibility and interactive navigation.
      • Data Modeling and Transformation
        • Support updates to semantic models aligned to evolving reporting requirements.
        • Maintain and enhance data models using star schema principles to support scalable and performant reporting.
        • Maintain dataflows and queries connecting Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI Service sources.
        • Assist in validating and reconciling schedule data against source systems such as Primavera (P6)
      • Reporting Automation Enablement
        • Contribute to the planning and gradual shift toward a model-driven, centralized schedule reporting architecture
        • Automation of current workflows to support dashboard integration of new and ongoing developments
        • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support long-term reporting automation goals.

  • 7+ years of experience building and maintaining reports in Power BI (Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service).
  • Hands-on experience with Power Query (M) for data transformation and cleansing.
  • Solid knowledge of DAX and report performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online, Excel-based source data, Power BI Dataflows and Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouses.
  • Exposure to Power Apps or interest in learning how to integrate low-code apps with Power BI for enhanced user experiences.
  • Understanding of project controls concepts, especially around schedule management, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured datasets, performing data validation, and reconciling reporting outputs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
