A Day in the Life of a Sr. Manager, BI & AnalyticsAs the Sr. Manager, BI & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance across the organization. In this highly visible leadership position, you will lead a team responsible for business intelligence, data engineering, and data architecture while partnering closely with operations, finance, sales, and executive leadership. You'll own the BI delivery roadmap from intake and requirements gathering through development, deployment, and adoption, ensuring stakeholders receive dashboards, reporting, and analytical capabilities they need to make informed decisions. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight in a remote-first environment with limited travel.Your morning may begin by meeting with branch operations leaders to understand reporting needs, followed by a working session with finance executives to refine key performance metrics. Throughout the day, you'll guide your team on Power BI dashboard development, review data architecture standards within Databricks' Medallion architecture, and help prioritize initiatives on the BI roadmap. As a player-coach, you'll remove roadblocks, mentor team members, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high standards for quality and scalability.
