variety of vertical industries on a nationwide basis. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to leverage

advanced analytics, business intelligence, and market insights to develop data-driven marketing strategies that optimize

performance and help our clients achieve measurable business results.


The ideal candidate leverages business intelligence platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled technologies to

identify trends, uncover opportunities, automate repetitive analysis, and develop data-driven recommendations. This

role partners closely with Analytics, Data Engineering, Media, and Client Success teams to translate complex data into

strategic business decisions while continuously improving reporting processes through automation and emerging AI

capabilities. The position is primarily on-site, working from our Superior, CO office with limited hybrid flexibility,

reporting to the Director, Client Analytics.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for collecting and interpreting first- and third-party client data, marketing and business

performance metrics, and market research to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. The Marketing

Analyst leverages business intelligence platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled technologies to identify trends,

uncover opportunities, automate repetitive analysis, and develop data-driven recommendations. This role partners

closely with Analytics, Data Engineering, Media, and Client Success teams to translate complex data into strategic

business decisions while continuously improving reporting processes through automation and emerging AI capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the client reporting dashboards in Domo.
  • Publish daily client metrics in Domo, including both marketing and operating metrics, to provide insight into how the client is performing.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of published data and escalate any discrepancies to the Data Engineering team as soon as issues are identified that originate outside of the analyst's own calculations.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly readouts of key insights on client performance, along with any proposed actions.
  • Work with the Media and Client Service teams to discuss performance, proposed changes, and the impact of those changes.
  • Develop models to predict future performance based on prior data and current recommendations.
  • Communicate directly with assigned clients on performance and key deliverables.
  • Present performance readouts, insights, and recommendations directly to clients.
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from account leadership and cross functional teams as they arise.
  • Meet all delivery deadlines, which are non-negotiable, and act with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Support the account leadership team with insights on marketing campaign performance across the full marketing/sales funnel and media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Brand Reputation, and Web Analytics).
  • Evaluate client performance and perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations and solutions to drive business improvements.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics and productivity tools to improve reporting accuracy, uncover insights, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to automate reporting using AI.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled tools to enhance marketing measurement and campaign optimization.
  • Develop prompts and workflows for approved generative AI platforms while following governance standards.
  • Use AI-assisted insights alongside traditional analytics.
  • Execute and follow data and reporting governance and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intellectual curiosity — a drive to challenge the status quo and continuously seek improvement and positive change.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, business, or related field, with up to 5 years of experience in analytics or a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and validating data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with statistical and predictive modeling (e.g., forecasting, regression) using Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations directly to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in modeling and interpreting data from digital marketing data sources e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Social Listening tools, Adobe Marketing Analytics etc.
  • Competent in sourcing and merging performance data from Marketing Automation / CRM systems e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, or similar
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and responsible AI governance
  • Continuous learning mindset for AI technologies.
  • Experience in building and interpreting dashboards and analytics views using a BI tool e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Domo etc.
  • Experience in synthesizing hypothesis, storytelling with data, and driving business decisions built on data

Work Environment/Benefits:

  • Standard work week - 40 hours; however, employees may be required to work additional time necessary to meet deadlines and complete projects.
