Essential Responsibilities: The selected candidate will perform a variety of engineering assignments in planning and overseeing research, development, design, manufacture, test, installation, operation, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems and generally as a member of a design, analysis or review team. Position Responsibilities: * Perform a range of design development, analysis or review tasks under some supervision * Support radiation testing of microelectronic components * Design a portion or section of an analysis or design review. * Generate sections of design specifications for more complex projects or complete specifications of less complex projects. * Prepare, deliver and submit technical presentations for in-process design and review meetings. * Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels from quotation to final design and test activities, design reviews and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications. * Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related scientific field, and at least 7 to 12 years of job-related experience or equivalent. * Good communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. * Ability to travel, as required. * Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance with an Interim Secret Clearance prior to start (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in modeling and simulation, experimental design, or testing of radiation-hardened electronics. * Master's degree in engineering, or related scientific field, and 13 + years of job-related experience or equivalent * Experience with hardware security and trusted electronics issues. * Experience with semiconductor fabrication tools and processes * Active Secret Clearance Compensation & Benefits HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90K - $130K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
