Micro Kitchen Attendant / Catering Assistant| Location: 42 Future Way, Draper, UT
Compensation: $17.50/hour| Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-2:30 pm
Job Summary
The Micro Kitchen Attendant / Catering Assistant supports daily micro-kitchen operations while also assisting with catering preparation, execution, and service. This role offers a mix of food prep, stocking, organization, and catering support in a professional corporate dining environment.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare, pack, and produce scratch-made food items such as sandwiches, salads, desserts, and grab-and-go offerings
  • Stock and maintain micro kitchens, beverage coolers, break rooms, impulse items, and paper goods throughout the building
  • Support catering operations including prep, setup, delivery, and cleanup of catered events
  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and catering execution
  • Provide excellent customer service for catering clients and daily micro-kitchen users
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory tracking, rotation, and product freshness
  • Support cost-control efforts and proper food usage
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Assist other kitchen areas as needed during daily operations

What You Will Bring
  • High-volume production and/or catering experience required
  • Experience with scratch-made cooking preferred
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, stooping, and walking

Physical and Sensory Requirements
