Guest Experience Team | Wai Kai – ?Ewa, O?ahu
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Wai Kai is West O?ahu’s premier ocean recreation and entertainment destination where guests come to surf, shop, dine, and play.

As a Shuttle Driver, you are part of that journey.

You’re not just transporting guests; you’re helping shape their first and last impression of Wai Kai. If you take pride in safety, professionalism, and creating smooth, welcoming experiences, this role allows you to enhance the guest journey in a meaningful way.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate 14- and 25-passenger shuttle vehicles

  • Transport guests between Wai Kai and designated locations including Waikiki, Ko Olina, Skyline Station, and Ka Makana Ali?i

  • Conduct required pre- and post-trip inspections

  • Maintain strong awareness of passenger safety at all times

  • Provide friendly, professional service offering basic information and light luggage assistance

  • Communicate clearly with Guest Experience leadership regarding route updates or operational concerns

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards

  • Remain calm and professional in high-volume or unexpected situations

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required

  • Clean driving record

  • Safety-first mindset and sound judgment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous hospitality or transportation experience preferred

This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
