About the Team
This role sits within Ingram Micro's Controllership organization, supporting critical financial operations across Cost Override, Accounts Payable (trade), Vendor Debits, Price Protection, and Vendor Accounting. The team partners closely with our Manila operations group as well as GTM Vendor and Sales teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in vendor-related financial processes.
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual with strong leadership qualities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Required:
  • Large Enterprise experience
  • AP or General ledger experience
  • Experience as Team lead or Project lead

Highly Preferred
  • Experience with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
  • Accounting or Finance degree

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee approximately $3B in annual volume, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are tracked and met to support the business effectively.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to influence internal stakeholders, vendors, and peer managers.
  • Approval of monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to Cost Override function
  • Approval of reconciliations related to the Accounts Payable function
  • Provide oversight and guidance relating to accounting policies
  • Supervision of Key Controls and audit preparedness and support

Hybrid role : currently 3 days onsite/ 2 remote

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
