We are seeking a Sr. Finance Systems Manager with expertise in the OneStream application and associated processes. In partnership with Controllership, FP&A, IT and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for the design, build and management of the OneStream landscape across consolidation, planning, and reporting. Reports to the Director, Finance Systems.
Your role:
  • Work closely with Corporate Controllership and Corporate FP&A to gather business requirements
  • Blueprint scalable solutions based on business requirements
  • Build/Develop functionality including updating dimensionality, workflows, data integrations, reporting requirements and business rules as needed
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Deploy related artifacts for migration to production
  • Develop and maintain Administration Guides, Desktop Procedures, and Configuration documents
  • Provide training to end-users, power users and internal financial systems team members

What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
  • 3 + years of experience as an OneStream Lead Consultant
  • Demonstrated knowledge of application setup, cube views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and security
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience in VB.Net
  • Experience in Monitoring System performance, troubleshooting issues and support upgrades, testing, UAT and release management
  • Demonstrated experience leading Financial Systems Initiatives including at least 2 CPM implementations, and Finance and Accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $138,100.00 - $234,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
