Job Description
  • Work with SME and create standard test matrixacross suppliers - Micro only  
  • Incorporate information from previous surveys into new in-house matrix - Micro only  
  • Consolidate & perform analysis on data obtained from all disciplines(Micro, Chem, Pharma, Packaging, etc.)
  • Identify suppliers under contract and provide copies of contracts &SOW's for review  Review contracts and prepare meaningful matrix of contracts  
  • Review invoicing against contracted rates  
  • Refresh cost savings information based on data provided by suppliers  Coordinate Finance reviews for TCO savings 
  • Create capability matrix by discipline based upon standard data collection fromsuppliers -
  • All suppliers and inhouse. Includes identification of allequipmemnt used in-house  
  • Build an excess equipment matrix for all disciplines
