We are seeking selfmotivated, resultsdriven PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a bestinclass customer experience while helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH. 

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced retail environment, enjoy continuous learning, and share our dedication to delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Do 

  • Handle high volumes of inbound customer interactions efficiently through phone, chat, text, and email channels
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of consumer electronics, devices, and related technology
  • Assess customer needs, gather and clarify information, troubleshoot concerns, and provide effective solutions
  • Deliver personalized support to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records within the appropriate systems and databases
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships to support collaboration and team success
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance goals
