Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of server experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.Proven ability to manage multiple tables while delivering fast, accurate, and attentive service.Strong menu knowledge with the ability to confidently describe, recommend, and upsell food and beverages.Excellent communication and active listening skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain urgency during peak service.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying composed and guest-focused.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to order accuracy and service standards.Confident problem-solver who takes ownership and finds solutions.Team player who communicates effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams.Reliable, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude.Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and payments accurately.Food safety certification and alcohol-service certification as required by applicable state/local regulations.Must be able to speak and understand English. Physical Requirements: Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.Able to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.Able to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam, and heat.
