Housekeeper
Golden Hillmont House MHRC
Full-Time | Benefits Available

Job Summary
Golden Hillmont House MHRC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently and as part of a team, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and staff areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Restock housekeeping and hygiene supplies as needed
• Collect and dispose of trash according to facility procedures
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, residential, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must pass a background check and meet all pre-employment requirements
