THE JOB:
The Supervisor MGM Rewards is responsible for supervising the front-line operations of the MGM Rewards Desk with a focus on MGM Rewards members. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the GameSense program by educating guests about how gambling works, dispelling myths about gambling, and implementing responsible gambling techniques. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests
  • Maintain an effective and efficient MGM Rewards Desk, through coaching, motivating, training, and supervising all MGM Rewards Representatives
  • Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense to all guests
  • Assist members with rewards and benefits based upon specific guidelines for levels of play and/or spend
  • Promote and engage MGM Rewards Representatives in promotion of MGM Rewards, the MGM Rewards Mastercard, myVEGAS, Partnerships and all other components related to MGM Rewards
  • Evaluate and resolve member issues with point, comp, FREEPLAY, Tier Credits, and any other concerns related to MGM Rewards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in casino operations and guest service
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$44.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
