THE JOB:
Ready to run the party? As a Nightlife Manager at MGM National Harbor, you'll lead the vibe, the energy, and the experience across our nightlife and cocktail venues. From packed dance floors to curated cocktails, you'll be the driving force behind unforgettable nights-where every shift feels like a headline event.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Lead and oversee daily beverage and nightlife operations across venues
  • Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional, on-brand service experiences
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory levels, and cost controls
  • Collaborate on and execute marketing strategies to boost revenue and engagement
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing beverage team
  • Ensure smooth execution of schedules, staffing levels, and operational procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations
  • Oversee inventory and ordering for liquor, beer, wine, and supplies
  • Stay deeply knowledgeable on all menu items, beverage offerings, and presentation standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred)

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$63,800.00 - $85,000.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
