• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic tools and methodologies.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, drawing from diverse therapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to establish specific therapeutic goals, continually monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer convenient virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility challenges or requiring flexible scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to track client progress effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, pursuing training that enhances therapeutic skills, particularly in areas such as trauma recovery and addiction treatment.

As an LMFT at Holistic Behavioral Counseling P.C., you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We aim to foster a therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect, allowing clients to openly discuss their experiences in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. • Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong empathetic disposition, demonstrating understanding and respect towards clients' unique difficulties.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities, promoting the efficient handling of client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient therapy or private practice.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used in teletherapy.
• Previous work with specific populations, such as couples or families in crisis, is advantageous.
