Job description

Our kitchen crew is the heart of the restaurant. We are seeking to add to this important kitchen team. We are in need of a full or part-time line cook. There is also an opportunity to pick up shifts dishwashing, prep cooking and filling in for vacations.
Job Details:
  • Helping to open and close the line.
  • Prepping and cooking meals to order on a busy line.
  • Attention to detail and desire to want to learn more about Mexican food.
  • Cleaning duties/Changing Fryers/etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Must be available evenings and some Saturdays. Shifts are 3:30 pm until close (9:30 to 10:30 depending on the nite).
  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to pay attention to details, multi-task, and work well with others. We all help each other.
  • Knowing a little Spanish is not necessary but a plus
  • Must be able to read customer orders in English.
  • We prefer some experience.
  • Safe Serve Food Handler or equivalent food safety training.
