Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Repair or replace defective parts, motors, sensors, belts, bearings, and other components
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
  • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performance
Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance technician experience in manufacturing, industrial, or facility maintenance preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or automated systems is a plus
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
  • Forklift, OSHA, or MEWP certifications are a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
