  • Starting pay: $0.60 CPM
  • Average weekly miles: 1,800–2,200
  • $120 metro run pay for loads under 200 miles
  • $25 per stop (origin and final destination excluded)
  • $30 per hour detention pay after 2 hours from appointment time
